By using agent-tune.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
AgentTune provides (a) a free, open-source library of “tuning files” — short Markdown system-prompt files matched to personality types — plus five self-scored personality tests; and (b) an optional paid Premium feature that synthesizes a personalized master tuning file.
Important: tuning files are editable communication-preference suggestions for AI agents, built from public personality frameworks plus editorial synthesis. They are not psychological, medical, or professional advice, and not a clinical diagnosis. Treat your type as a starting hypothesis and edit the file to fit.
The tuning library and tests are released under the MIT License (see the repository at github.com/psyduckler/agenttune). You’re free to use, copy, modify, and redistribute them under that license.
Premium is a one-time US$9 purchase that generates a personalized master tuning file from your completed assessment, delivered by email and at a private link. The generated file is yours — keep, edit, share, or delete it. Payment is handled by Stripe.
If Premium doesn’t measurably improve how your AI agent works with you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full, no-questions refund.
Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it; no unlawful use; and don’t present AgentTune’s outputs to others as professional advice.
The Service and all tuning files are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Personality frameworks are not scientifically definitive, AI agents may produce inaccurate or unexpected results, and you are responsible for how you use any tuning file with your own AI tools. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the third-party AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, and others) you paste these files into.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentTune’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for most users, US$0–$9). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Premium relies on Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google’s Gemini API (file generation). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ terms.
The AgentTune name, site design, and content are ours, except the MIT-licensed library. Your Premium master file is your own.
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the effective date and, for material changes, notify Premium customers where feasible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
