How to use the communication preferences builder
- Choose how much detail you want, your tone, and how you like feedback.
- Select the destination and build your instructions. Edit the result in your own words.
- Save a copy of your existing instructions, then paste the new preferences at the intended scope. Try a few real tasks and revise.

Questions and limits
Do I need an MBTI or Enneagram type?
No. This builder starts with preferences you choose directly. It does not infer a personality type or diagnose you. If you already use a type, the original type-based generator is still available.
Will these instructions work with every model?
They are plain-language requests, not guaranteed controls. Models and products can interpret them differently. Test the same task before and after changing your instructions.
